    We can secure the most cost effective, asset-based financing for your nightly rental business in California.  Investment properties which utilize Air Bnb, VRBO, Sonder, etc have been notoriously difficult to get a mortgage on.  We make things simple.  We don’t calculate the borrowers DTI at all.  We strictly look at the Debt Service Coverage Ratio.  We use up to 110% of market rents to calculate the DSCR and simply need greater than a 1.0, a strong FICO, and an experienced investor. There is no reason to settle for hard money when you could be in a 30 year term, fully amortized with rates closer to conventional.
